Cancellation & Refund Policy

Jeevan Welfare Foundation believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Cancellation & Refund policy. Under this policy:


  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of form submit. 
  2. No cancellations are entertained for those Form that the Jeevan Welfare Foundation marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day and national holiday etc. These are limited occasion offers and there for cancellations are not possible.  
  3. In case of a cancellation is accepted, then the refund will be credited to the users bank account electronically.  Users need to provide the mode of payments and list their bank account information in the email for cancellation.
  4. In case, you have sent a request for a cancellation, and if your cancellation request is denied, then you will get a confirmation email from us regarding this. For cancellation of an order, you will need to send the Application Number, listing name, date Send to info@jwfhr.com

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
